Most plan sets are drawn, sealed and in your hands in a couple of weeks. We work fast because we know permit windows don’t wait. If your timeline is tighter, we offer expedited service. Yes. The plans are yours. We are not a builder and we do not tie you to one, so you can bid the job however you like. We draw the plans, seal them with a Florida-licensed engineer’s stamp, and hand them over to you. What you do with them after that is entirely your call.

This independence is the whole point. Builders and homeowners come to us precisely because they want design and engineering support without being locked into a construction contract. You can take the sealed plans to three builders, ten builders, or build it yourself with your own team. You own the intellectual property and the right to use those plans wherever you want.
